I have been having problems with my shoulder and knees. I saw Robert and after the first visit, my shoulder and neck muscles felt very fluid instead of tight. It improved my bowling as well as there was no pain when I took my swing. I saw him for a second visit for more loosening and again, there is even more improvement than the last time. I would gladly recommend him above anyone else and would not use any another therapist from now on. It is like a great electrician or plumber, when you find one that is polite, good at their job, and gets results, you would not go anywhere else.

Not only did Robert fit me in at a moments' notice, but his highly personalised treatment and extensive knowledge did wonders for my tight back muscles. I left feeling rejuvenated and with renewed confidence to continue my fitness journey. Highly recommended!

I went to see Robert with an incredibly painful hip and burning pain down the right side of my leg. He worked on it by loosening the tension in glutes, hip and sacral area. He also introduced me to a massage gun which helped me target the painful areas. Lots of expert advice given and he advised me which one I could purchase within my price range to self treat. 5 star treatment.

First session with Robert, had a tight back from training. Robert managed to solve that issue and sort out a few areas I wasn't aware of that were tight also! Really good insight into the work he's doing! Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful, personalised sports massage. He treated my specific issues, rather than following a by the book/A-Z approach. I was impressed that the massage was relatively pain free - no meat hammer technique!!! I definitely feel better already and will be back.

Robert has a fantastic way of understanding how the body works and is great at not only working it the right way but helping you understand it too. He is able to implement careful approaches and respond to what the body is telling him and respond and adapt to the person's comfort level. I have also left sessions with advice on what gadgets can help pains aswell as different exercises and self massage I can incorporate into my everyday life. Highly recommend to anyone 👍

Can not recommend Rob enough, i went in for a sports massage as i had been feeling really tight in certain areas. Whilst not the most relaxing forms of massage - i still came out feeling relaxed and more importantly my body felt great and so much more at ease. My flexibility is a working progress but he gave me things to try at home to help. Will be booking in some more sessions soon.
